Short version: the only thing this site collects is what you type into the contact form, it is used to reply to you, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional WhatsApp number, which job you picked, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
What it is used for
Replying to you about your job, and nothing else. Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for marketing.
Where it goes
A form submission is sent as an email to info@expertfixservices.com and stays in that mailbox. Email is delivered through the mail provider hosting that address, and the website itself is served by its hosting provider.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept while they are useful — an unanswered enquiry, a job being quoted, or a job under its guarantee period. Ask and they are deleted.
Cookies and tracking
Nothing is measured until you agree to it. Until you press Accept, no analytics cookie is set and no data leaves the page — that is the default, not a setting you have to find. If you accept, Google Analytics is loaded and sets cookies to count visits and to see which pages lead to an enquiry. You can refuse, and the site works exactly the same. The fonts are served from this site itself, so fetching them sends nothing to Google or anyone else.
The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp as well as read by me.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@expertfixservices.com and it gets done. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
